We would like to inform you that for Season 2014 we have to improve the way we cooperate together with all of you. In the moment of the booking confirmation we need immediately the documents of the client, with full details: first name, last name, COMPLETE address for invoice + contract.
In the past year we had many controls by the authority and often we cannot justify the people coming onboard because until the day of their arrival we didn't have any kind of information from you. The documents and information we need to receive within one week from the booking confirmation would be not only the payment but:
- CLEAR COPY OF PASSPORT OF THE CLIENT (VERY IMPORTANT) and skipper (if different from the lessor);
- CLEAR COPY OF SAILING LICENSE OF THE SKIPPER;*
- COMPLETE ADDRESS OF CLIENT WITH STREET, CITY AND ZIP CODE.
* For your information consider that we won't accept Croatian sailing license anymore.
